This is our dispatch tone. This is the very first thing we hear before the police come in to broadcast the emergency. In this order is how an emergency is broadcasted

1. Caller calls 911
2. 911 operator Gathers information about emergency and may terminate call
3. Operator sends tone
4. Operator waits for tone to finish, then announces the emergency.
